INNOVATION FORMS OF MARKETING RESEARCH: INTERNET MARKETING

Abstract

The article points out the relevance of using an innovative form of marketing, namely, Internet marketing. The role of innovations in dynamic changes of the external environment and the concrete commodity market is noted. The concept of innovative marketing is highlighted and Internet marketing is included in it.

Features and advantages of Internet marketing are highlighted: the key role of the consumer, globalization of activities and reduction of transaction costs and time scale.

The effectiveness of using Internet marketing is shown. The main tools of Internet marketing are considered and their characteristics are given. Systematized marketing concepts: from simple to complex: 4P, 7P, 9P and 4C. The interaction of Internet marketing with some business models is analyzed.

The advantages of Internet marketing are noted: informativeness, high efficiency, large coverage of the target audience. It is recommended to use to increase competitiveness.
